of innovation
andinvestment, enterprises should
gradually improve R & D expenditure the proportion of main business
income, enhance R & D

undertake industrial
projects and major
projects, national autonomous regionscience
and technology plan, strategic emerging
industries, the acquisition of innovation resources
and overseas R &
D center.
On
the external
resources integration of
state-owned enterprises and open market
restructuring, Yan Ping explained, between state-owned
